    Based on my strengths, the theme would be to help fellow math teachers better connect with their students, help with their classroom management and of course, try to help them improve as a math teacher.

    How to do a better job of connecting with students within the constraints of teaching a class subject (math) that doesn’t naturally allow you to connect (e.g. English/Social Studies).
